Verizon Tells FCC How To Avoid Getting Sued Over New Neutrality Rules

The Federal Communications Commission has heard plenty from Verizon about how broadband Internet should be regulated. But despite years of constant communication, the telco giant is getting increasingly concerned the FCC is planning to propose net neutrality rules that are at odds with those views.
